About me
I am a fully qualified counsellor and Registered Member of the British Counsellors and Psychotherapy (BACP). I currently offer counselling for adults (18 years +) through my private practice in Seaford, East Sussex.
Alongside my private practice, I counsel children in schools and provide voluntary counselling sessions for a local Hospice.
I have many years of experience working with both children and adults, supporting them through challenging times in their lives. This has been through both the public and private sector via Keywork, Youth Support and Health Intervention Services as well as through the therapeutic relationship.
I can support you with a wide range of difficulties with which you may be struggling, including (but not limited to);
- Depression
- Anxiety
- Relationship issues
- Grief, bereavement and loss
- Anger
- Trauma
If your difficulty is not listed, please contact me to find out if I can help.
Please note that I do not work during the main school holidays. These include Easter, Christmas and four weeks of the summer holidays. During a complimentary introductory phone session, we can explore whether you may need all-round support. If so, I will be happy to recommend another therapist.
